Order Policy

• Orders placed through the website cannot be changed or canceled after they are submitted.
• All online sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
• Custom orders are arranged directly with Abby outside of the website.
• Because items are handmade, small variations in appearance may occur.
• Free local pickup is available. Please contact Abby to arrange pickup.

If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact Abby as soon as possible so she can review the issue and help.

Shipping Policy

• We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
• Please allow up to two weeks for order preparation before your order ships.
• Carrier delivery times vary, so we cannot guarantee a delivery date.
• Shipping charges and any tax calculated at checkout are shown before payment.

Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details. If an order is shipped, the information needed to deliver it is provided to the shipping carrier.

If you submit a review, we collect the first name and rating you provide, along with any optional review text. Reviews are reviewed before publication; an approved review may appear on this website with your first name. Please do not include sensitive or private information in a review.
